Should I book my tickets in advance?

It is recommended that you reserve your seats as soon as you have a date in mind. The Sooner You Book Tickets The Better The Seats Will Be. All Seating is First Come First Ordered – BEST AVAILABLE AT TIME OF ORDERING.

How do I redeem my hotel voucher?

How to redeem a voucher?  Hotel/Timeshare: When you chose to see the show the concierge usually calls the theatre in front of you to make that reservation.  If they didn’t call – please call us at 843-765-4386 Extension 9

How can I sit with my friends?

Answer

If you have not booked your tickets together please do not expect to sit together. The computer system has no idea who your friends are, nor does our staff. To eliminate this issue all together please book all tickets on one order. Please remember groups of 11 or more do qualify for a group discount. While we do our best to accommodate everyone. However, there will be times when the theatre is full and we will not be able to adjust your seating especially if you are arriving within 15 minutes of showtime.

Is there a dress code at the theatre?

We strive to maintain a level of excellence in our theater, we ask that you help us by considering our dress code as follows: • No over-sized/ baggy clothing please • No bandannas • No jersey style athletic wear • No hanging chains • No soiled or overly torn clothing please. Casual Dress is fine as you are on vacation, just please keep in mind – no shoes, no shirt = No Show. Dress code will be at management discretion.

Can we bring in our own drinks?

Answer

GTS Theatre has a NO CARRY-INS policy that is strictly enforced.  However, please do not worry as all items are very reasonably priced nothing is over $2.00  Plus, GTS Theatre IS NOT a Comedy Club – therefore you will not have a two drink minimum or an appetizer minimum.  We believe you do not need to be told if you are hungry or thirsty nor should you be forced to purchase anything once you are inside the theatre.

Does the theatre have handicapped seating?

Patrons with Disabilities The Box Office lobby and theatre are fully accessible from our parking lot. Wheelchair seating is located on the main floor of the theatre. Please notify the Box Office, in advance, of any physical limitations that restrict seating assignments.

When should we arrive for the show?

Answer

Please make sure that you arrive to the show 20-25 minutes prior to show time. We do understand that sometimes traffic may be heavy or your dinner may be running late.  If you have not arrived by showtime, you will be seated in an area of the theatre that will not disrupt the show with your arrival, but please be prepared to be in the lobby until there is an appropriate time to allow you into the theatre as the stage is by the doors. If you want to keep your original seating… please arrive on time to the theatre. All shows start on time and finish on time.

I can't make the show - can I get a refund?

Answer

All Sales are FINAL – Sorry No Refunds Only Exchanges are made for up to two years from purchase date. Please do not ask the answer will remain the same no matter who you ask for. This is corporate policy and can not be changed by management. We can hold your tickets, transfer your tickets to a family member or friend of your choosing or you can even come back next year or even the year after but we can not for any reason issue a refund.
